We can also arrange any returns of faulty equipment or deal with after sales support issues, which customers in the past have struggled with.  We know that might save yourself a small amount of capital, but when you take yourself out of your daily job role and shoulder the amount of stress in dealing with returns you will be thankful of this service.

Installation Services

We offer a very professional installation service to all businesses.  This service is available to everyone, during normal business hours or out of hours should there be a need for zero downtime during business hours.

Our installation services also include systems integration and will work closely with any software vendor to ensure that your new system is built and installed to your exact specification.

End User Training

Once your system has been designed, procured, installed and operating correctly and efficiently by Ardent IT we can offer end user training on a range of products or just plain and simple system administration for in house staff.

Our engineers are trained to the highest level and you can be safe in the knowledge that they will know how to get the best out of your time training with them.  We provide end user guides and manuals should the need arise.
